T25 Day 4

I know, what happened to day 3, right?? Yesterday was a rough, crazy day and I didn't get my workout done. I hate that. I went to bed feeling so guilty about it. My plan today was to do yesterday and today's workout. Ya right. I had my first workout with Mr. Shaun today, which was Total Body Circuit....BRUTAL! I was dying! I actually modified most of it. This was the first time I had done it, it was exhausting. I can see how people are having the results they are having! With about 7 minutes left, I thought I was done and was actually walking to the DVR to shut it off. Then stopped and thought, "SUCK IT UP Kelly, it is only 25 minutes!! Keep modifying and FINISH!!" And I DID! So proud of myself, normally I would've just quit. But there was NO WAY I could do another one. I will do today's workout tomorrow and then do Friday's on Saturday and only have one rest day this week. Back on schedule come Monday. Geesh, not even a full week into the program and I am already behind!! I'm human, not perfect, progress is what I want, not perfection.
