Getting back on that horse..

So, I have been in my own place since December 2nd and haven't done much about losting weight. A few weeks ago I started to walk my daughter to and from school which is 4 miles a day. I was feeling great and then we got over a week of rain and I haven't started walking again. I plan to walk with her starting Monday again but until then, i will run around the yard, do housework and make sure I use the stairs at my house more than I need to.
I can't afford the foods I prefer to eat right now but I'm not giving up. I will just eat within or less that the portion. I will strive for sleeping better and do my best to lower my stress.
I can't wait to connect with the newer members and re-connect with my old friends on here. I have missed it here so much and I just know that I can do this.
