My brother is visiting from out of town so I'm not around but still here.
I made some good choices that I'm proud of today: soup and salad w/ chicken breast at lunch at my favorite restaurant, and a child-sized scoop of sorbet instead of ice cream (I'm lactose intolerant and didn't want to be bloated and uncomfortable, nevermind the calories). Tonight I'm making zucchini noodles with leftover bolognese sauce. And later, blueberry banana protein smoothies. Tonight we're going swimming, yayyyy! I am really having a good time. More blogs soon.
