Didn't go out to get coffee yesterday, after all.

Instead, I hopped on my bike this morning and rode to the store and then back with my coffee and milk. 20+ minutes of excellent, highly-functional fitness.

Plus, coffee. win-win-win.

Stepped on the scale this morning and was kind of horrified. Def. need more bike rides. And walks.
