So hard

I am having a tough time sticking to the low cal portion. I have not been able to complete a round since i had a success a few years Sgo.Rather than give up, I am going to do around 1000 calories for the week until my appetite shrinks a bit then get down to 500 by next week. I am losing a week, but it it either try this or cave completely. I am down 3 lbs which I think is just from adding so much water!

Keeping my fingers crossed and my water bottle close!!'

    I agree with spiritseeker. go ahead and eat more calories but make it only in your protein section. or add a tiny bit of coconut oil to keep you satiated.
    I also find that when I feel hungry, if I drink a hot liquid it satisfies me. my favorite is herbal Lemon Ginger tea with a bit of stevia. there are a ton of herbal teas to chose from. or try fat free chicken broth with your meal.

    also I don't follow the plan exactly to the T. I eat my fruit for lunch at breakfast. then I am not starving for lunch. (an apple with stevia and cinnamon is awesome)

    And if I find that at 3 pm I am hungry, I will eat my fruit for dinner then. strawberries with stevia. emoticon

    We can do this!! you did it before, you just have to push to do it AGAIN!!!
