Back on Track - Day 12

Yesterday I had the kind of day that I actually strive for in my quest for a healthy lifestyle. I did a lot of things "right" without ever actually thinking about it. I call it progress when it becomes a habit to get a little exercise in and eat well, and I don't have to devote large amounts of energy to get myself to do those things. That leaves me more energy to get through my day, especially right now, when I am trying to wrap up work and get ready for our vacation.
So I am happy to report that I remain back on track. Not perfect, but who or what is? Thank you to all my wonderful sparkfriends who have been with me every step of the way. Could NOT do this without your support, would not want to try!
