Day 2 of being back on track

Day 1 went well. Great food choices. Kept within my ranges and felt satisfied. I love eating healthy.
Today I'm going to do the same but today I'm going to add some exercise. Hoping to get to zumba tonight and if not I'll do some dancing at home.
Taking it one step at a time making small changes. I know that's what works!
