What makes me go off track? Stress, worry, work, frustration, Anger, me not meeting my expectations, boredom, emoticon almost anything emoticon
Plan: emoticon meditate, try to let go of the things I can not change, encourage smaller steps not huge jumps, nothing has failed until I give up. Continue tracking my food and exercise to bring consistency
utilize activity and tracking to turn those things around to benefit me to assist me towards my goals. Make the opportunely for the OFF Day in my life to be twisted around to become positive emoticon Day
