Still having some issues with my neck/traps. I finally broke down and went to a chiropractor. I got some relief but there seems to be an issue with my neck between C5/C6. Some rest and strengthening of the neck muscles are in order. Trying to keep the diet tight until then -- can't wait to get back to working out.

I finished up my Personal Trainer re-certification and also got a Certification in Sports Nutrition. Over the last 2 weeks I've been bombarded with meal plan requests. I'm not complaining -- it's exciting to help people reach their goals -- one of my clients checked in yesterday and she's lost 5 lbs in the first week!!! She said I made it so easy for her. I'm glad I get to help.

Summer is winding down and not too soon, I think the boys are really starting to tire of each other -- all day...every day. Stephen has 4 days left of his first job and he is actually looking forward to turning 16 to get another... silly boy.

All-in-all things seem to be going okay -- how about with you?
