T-25 (Official) Day 1!!

So I survived Day 1 which was Cardio. I still couldn't stop sweating even after being done for 15 minutes. I am enjoying my R&R Drink to help me recover these first couple of weeks and feeling extremely proud of myself for completing today.

Everything was stacking up against me on this Monday to not get the workout in, sick toddler home, crazy work lists, unexpected appointment in town, headache, blah blah, and just simply NOT WANTING TO WORKOUT!! I am not the kind of person that LOVES working out everyday. But I do LOVE the way I feel when I am done and I know that I am going to LOVE the way I look and feel when this program is done. Not to mention my WHYs that keep me going every day.

I hope to start getting up and getting my workout done first thing in the morning so I don't have all this time to think of excuses as to not workout. Plus, it is just done for the day and then I find myself making better nutritional choices the rest of the day.

One BIG reason I got it done today was that I knew I had committed to telling you all about it. THANK YOU for helping me to stay accountable. emoticon
