T25 ~ Day 1~

So tonight is the eve of me officially starting the T25 program. I am so excited!! I am going to start tomorrow and I am going to FINISH this program. I am so sick of starting stuff and never finishing anything. So, I am going to blog everyday about this program to help hold me accountable...will you help me?

I did do a couple of the days workouts last week and really like them! I have never actually worked out and had sweat flying all over the place. Gross, yes, but that tells you how intense this workout is. But I was able to do it! I mean come on!! It is only 25 minutes!! Even me, the biggest wimp on earth, can do it! That means anyone can do it! I would love for anyone out there to join me with this program. We could do it together! I am also going to throw in some Chalene Extreme weights with T25 3x/week as I have been pretty lazy with this and I can tell that I am starting to lose some of the muscles I was FINALLY starting to form earlier this summer.

Ok, off to bed so that I can tear it up tomorrow!!! emoticon

    I'm also doing T25! I was supposed to start the Beta phase yesterday, but I was at King's Island (theme park) all day with my family, so I'm starting Beta today and will catch up. emoticon
