It's time to be the change

Okay this is it! I am done being in the 200+ lbs for my weight! My first goal is get under 200 lbs. I am currently 217.8 and that is going to change. I am going to be part of a sparkpeople BLC that starts tomorrow. I will be doing Chalean Extreme ( I have done this before years ago and it worked wonderfully) for the next 90 days. Lifting weights and cardio it is for me!

I know I will need people to check in with me because it is easy for me to lose motivation and stop working out. I can't do that this time! I want to be under 200 by my sons first birthday which is 10 January.

Any and all encouragement is welcomed and a well needed kick in the butt may occasionally be necessary. Thanks to everyone for be willing to be there for me. I just need to actually talk to you all more so I can help myself!

    Woohoo!!! I came back to see how the day went and low and behold you were already done with your workout and heading for the shower!! When I was on the stair master tonight I was thinking how strange it is that the weight has no choice in the matter. It has to leave if we just keep on moving. I know that sounds obvious, but it never occurred to me that way. I guess I was imagining some kind of luck to it, but no. It is just a fact.

    Good luck to you! I struggle with staying motivated quite a bit. I've stalled many times because of it, I'm hoping that BLC will help out with that. :) I'm trying to get under 200 lbs by the New Year also.

    Good for you! With that plan you will definitely hit your goal! I just started lifting and I can't believe the difference.
