I am tired of being jealous of other fat people

Sunday, August 11, 2013

Ever feel envious of other peoples losses?? Me??? Like every other day!! Some people eat less then lose, some stop carbs then lose, some go to the gym3x a week(omg only 3x emoticon ) annnd lose a ton!!!!!!
I find myself getting so annoyed when I should be so happy!!!!! I wanna scream I go to the gym 6 days a week! I eat clean 70% of the time! Its not fair!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon
Then I snap out of it and try to search for positives...like I can wear Under Armor and not be totally offensive

I split my long run today and pushed the baby while my 5 year old biked.

I give it my all everyday. I carry bikes when tires pop 1 mile into the run. I do 100 situps no problem each workout. I have ditched wheat almost completely, and I didn't drink wine this weekend! All these positives MUST reward me at some point!
In the mean time Ill stop being jealous of other peoples fat loss and wait on my own.

Sparkle friends emoticon

You sing the song of my people(my people being any of us who have been the ones trying hard to seemingly no avail)
It's sucktastic and makes our attempts to lose weight seem futile. I can honestly say that this year seems to be the one where eating less carbs and only getting to workout 45 mins 5 days a week has worked for me. But that wasn't always the case and I can tell ya for dang sure that there were times where I felt like I was physcally working harder than other's who were losing weight. It felt unfair and frustrating. You said exactly what I felt that you wanted to be happy but you feel jealous. That's honestly speaking. I think lots of us have been there at that point.
I'm super proud of you for taking the time to stop that thought in it's tracks and begin to think of what all you have accomplished through your efforts. I agree that you look good in under armor, you are a beast at the gym, and you give it your all. The priniciple of reaping what you sow is true. And in due time you will totally reap all the fitness seeds that you have sown.

You look really great. You must be feeling some of the "side effects" of your hard work even if the scale tells you otherwise. Please share some of those side effects, it will make you realize just how great you are doing.

'Not totally offensive' in under armour?!' What the heck, Sparkie? You look awesome.

Some people just lose quicker because they have LOADS more to lose. You are on the home stretch, and it is uphill. BUT you can do it! You are strong!

And congratulations on your amazing lifestyle!

    Bless you

You look fantastic. I think you should focus on yourself and not worry about everyone else. We all do this at our own pace.

I am so right there with you but that is changing with me know. My hormones are so messed up right now that no matter what I would try, the body will just not let me lose weight. Hoping to get that fixed soon.

Have you thought about having the hormones checked? There comes a point when all the effort that is being put in does not show any results, might be the hormones.

Keep on trucking though since you are one strong and fierce chic :)

You look wonderful but I know that what others think is great but your own mind seriously "messes" with your (@ least mine does). Maybe the jealousy is what keeps you motivated. As long as you don't go over the line and start damaging your health some jealousy might be a good thing. Stay strong and motivated.

Yep, sounds like a classic case of being too critical of yourself. Good job focusing on the positives - keep it up! :)

And, maybe it's not up to me to decide, but if it was, I'd say you would be officially exempt from labeling yourself as "fat".

I work out 7 days a week, no "rest days", eat 5 times a day every day and only healthy and I have not lost anything in almost a year now, I know how your feeling all I can say is you will get to where you want to be and what everybody keeps telling me YOU LOOK GOOD! You do so just keep it at it

Personally, I think you look GREAT! However, I feel your pain. Hang in there because your time will come - you'll see. Remember, though, your progress may not show on the scales, they are showing up with your tape measure. emoticon emoticon
