The new regime? I'm on track at the end of the first week. I was down the requisite 1.5 lb at Friday's weigh-in. Better luck than good management or hard commitment, though. I did run 2 days and do weights one day and do yoga 3 days. I did return to more sound nutrition practices most days. So it's a start, and not a bad start. The coming week will be tricky--company coming for a couple of days, trip to the 'city' one day and a day of celebrating a friend's accomplishments in public life over the past 50 years or so. I just have to be prepared for the temptations and work around or through them and re-adjust goals accordingly after next Friday's weigh-in. Summer continues sooooooo fine here that it's hard to be serious about anything : )
