Time Got Away From Me

Whoops! I thought that I had been posting regularly, but I just realized I haven't written in a few days.

Soooooo sore this morning. Did a bodyweight workout yesterday chock full of push ups, jumping jacks, squat, lunges, glute bridges and planks. I feel great!

Today is meal planning day. I take an inventory of all the foods I currently own, then find recipes to use these up that are also paleo. Then I go shopping for any remaining ingredients that I might need. Usually I look in the ads to see which ingredients are on sale at which stores. The store with the best deals is usually the one I choose, unless I have time to go to my farmers market.

So today will be a fun day of planning, cooking, cleaning and coding.
