Yes, I feel like a turtle...going slow and steady...
Day 5 is now in the books. It was a challenging day due to the temptations right in front of me. DD brought over the sweetest looking cupcakes. Friday night is movie and pizza night. Husband and son had pizza, I DID NOT. Actually it smelled good cooking, but didn't tempt me after it was finished cooking. I had chicken breast with tomatoes and carrots. Not as exciting sounding, but filled me up.

This is only for 14 days to jump start your metabolism and burn off the visceral fat by cutting sugar. Phase Two is healthy, clean, unprocessed foods...all the types of foods our body's were meant to eat.

I miss my fruit in the morning, but in 9 days I can have some. The breads I really don''t miss right now.

This is really helping me know just what I am capable of. It's a journey of trusting my body to respond in positive ways that I am taking care of it and only want the best foods back into it.
