Had to share with my Spark pals...my new toy!

This blog is not going to be about my latest weight, or how difficult a week I have had food-wise, (although I could write about THAT!) LOL, but about my new toy! I had never heard of a machine like this, but my SO saw a high end one on a cooking show and we found that there were a lot of affordable ones on the market. I love to cook and am a sucker for cooking gadgets, and anything that gives me yet ANOTHER way to prepare vegetables is great in my book. So tonight I used this for the first time, just got it yesterday, and made this HUGE plateful of zucinni and summer squash "pasta"! I am going to have lots of fun with this one!
