The highlighted days are when I ate according to my goals. Exercise is written, too. We have these sheets posted on our bathroom wall at work.



There is so much information out there. One thing I read says wheat is bad, another says you need wheat. One article says potatoes are the devil, another says that it is loaded with potassium and wonderful.

Hmmm..

I've been overwhelemed with thoughts lately of what's the point? I've been at this for years now and plataued at 183-188 since sometime in 2010. However, I also know that I am not giving it 100%. If I would give 100% I would see more progress. Also, if I had not been working toward something, Lord only knows how much bigger I would be by now. So I guess it's a good thing that I am maintaining.

I want more though.

I still have those Miss Me Jeans that I need to get into.

I still have visions of being able to sit without having a belly as a table to rest my arms on.

I still desire to have just one man "cat call" to me. That's never happened in my life.

I still want to live in the best body that I can possibly have.

    I totally agree about all the mixed messages out there. It's hard to figure out what to eat.

    I'm in a similar boat. I want to progress and move on but find myself not wanting to put in the sacrifices to get what I want. I wish it was less work.
