Day 8 – 8/8/13 – 140.4 (down .6)
Finally a drop that is more than yo-yoing. Still foggy, rainy, and dreary. Keep active today. Prep for budget meeting, house chores, cooking. Exercise, walk!!!
B – Coffee, 1 t Benefiber, Rush, 1 ex lg egg, ½ c egg white, 1 T butter, 1 T chopped onion, 1 T ground flax, 1 med mushroom
L – Chicken salad stuffed tomato
S –
D – Roast Chicken, fried okra
Ex. –
Treadmill - 17 minutes
Push-ups – 5
Sit-ups – 10
Crunches – 8
Plank - 30 sec

My food was good and within range today, and I was consistent in getting some exercise in. Consistently has been a problem so I am pleased with the fact that I got some exercise in. But I need to increase the exercise minutes. I’m expecting my Fitbit to come any day and I really had hoped to be getting in more minutes by now. Tomorrow will be difficult as I have a full day of activities. Saturday morning is also a totally sitting meeting.

    I hear the FitBit is awesome! Especially when you might need some motivation by seeing what you're doing. At least that's what I have heard. I don't have one.
