Gym Workout w/ pics

Today I did some strength training at the gym with our trainer and it felt great. I feel energized and rejuvenated. I am also on my second week in month 2 of insanity and although the scale hasn't shifted so much I have lost inches. Here's my progress pic, it's after my workout at the gym this evening.
. Still alot of work to be done but this is surely progress.
