This was not a good summer. My father-in-law died and we spent two months with my mother-in-law getting her situated and helping my sister-in-law move to another state. Needless to say my running ceased and my eating habits went down the tube as stress went up. After working so hard to gain muscle, meet my 5k running goal and losing 5 lbs, I've gained 10 lbs, haven't run the entire time I was away from home (actually no exercise outside of lifting boxes of books), my eating habits went out the door and I coped with stress with food and hair pulling.

Now I'm home and I've got to organize my house because we literally dropped what we were doing, packed the kids up and drove to my mother-in-laws. The bridesmaid dress I ordered doesn't fit well and I've got to do something between now and November to make it fit a little better, not to mention for the greater good of my health.

So I've laid out a schedule and will be attacking it next week. I'm concentrating on making my house livable again this week and getting the kids school supplies in place. Oh and I've got to get them back into their activities.

I can do this. I can make this happen. I will use EFT to cope with stress and listen to my body. I will get back to a regular meal schedule, exercise routine, and meditation. I will adhere to a bedtime and wake up time. I did it once I can do it again.
