Just a quick blog tonight... but I had to mention this: We had some extra grocery money, and the bf offered to order delivery... I thought about it, and I just didn't want it. I knew there were some semi-healthy options, but none of them sounded like something I wanted at the moment.. and, surprisingly, the unhealthy ones sounded even worse. We decided to go to whole foods to spend our money and bought a wild-caught salmon filet to cook up at home with veggies. We also picked up some fresh bell pepper, blackberries, guacamole, and turkey breast slices. Oh, and some dark chocolate :)

So, this is me now.... turning down delivery food and eating salmon instead. I knew the salmon would make me feel good, and that meant a lot more to me than the immediate gratification of the tempting foods.

This is major progress for me :) I'm proud of myself.

I was really, really tired today, despite a 2 hour nap. I'm not sure what's up with that... but I'm going to bed early tonight. I didn't get my yoga done, but I did do a good stretch.

Tomorrow the bf's parents will be in town, so we will be eating out... I want to choose something full of veggies, without PUFA oils and of course no maybe some nice grilled meat on a salad with salsa, or something like that -- I'll see what I'm in the mood for tomorrow.

    Isn't it great when you start making choices you want because you actually want them!! If you stay tired, try upping your water intake - you may be dehydrated.
