Week #2

This week's official weigh in I'm down an additional 2.7 pounds! Total lost from these two weeks is 10.5 pounds!

This week's menu was the same as last week - 3 2oz meals per day, 4 20oz protein shakes (20g protein each) and at least 34oz of water daily. The full liquids diet continues with choices such as cottage cheese, instant mashed potatoes and cream of chicken soup. I did eat more popsicles this week than last, which are allowed. I might have had 4 this week which were a fun treat. I also had some sugar free jello.

This week's goal was to walk/move for at least 30 minutes per day. Yesterday we counted the trip to the grocery store as the 'walk' but every other day we had made a point to walk in the neighborhood or on a trail.

The thing I find most odd about this whole process is that I don't crave anything. Sure, something besides refried beans - again - for supper sounds good but I don't have overwhelming urges for certain foods. Right now there is an amazing chocolate, chocolate chip cookie dough cupcake on my desk. 3 weeks ago that wouldn't have stood a chance. Today I'm not even interested. There were actually several dozen of it's sisters in here yesterday and I wasn't tempted by any of them. I've been offered chocolate in many forms and refused them all but my protein shake. Who am I?
