The Monday Blues

I know what you might have been thinking when you read the title to this blog. Oh no what could have gone wrong? Another dreary Monday? Well let me put your mind to rest. This Monday has been GREAT! The blue in the title refers to the blue skies that I was able to spend some time under a little while ago while I completed my walk/run.

Today marked the first day of my new training regimen. I walk/ran a total of 1.71 miles and came home to finish it all up with a brisk paced 17 minute total gym workout. All things considered I feel wonderful and I can't wait to do it all over again tomorrow. Though, tomorrow I will not be hitting the total gym for strength, I am thinking about lowering the unit down and maybe just trying to do some quick extra aerobic/cardio on it.

I hope everyone else's day went at least as good, if not better than mine!
