Beach Body Bombshells Challenge Recap

Well I didn't accomplish what I had hoped to in the challenge. I had originally hoped to lose 15 pounds. It was a tad over-ambitious but I was confident I could do it. Unfortunately, I didn't stay on track.

I ate junk food and didn't exercise enough. I managed to turn things around the last couple of weeks though. I even managed to get on the leaderboard the last week (woooooohoooooo!) So I ended on a positive note. I've stayed the same weight but I found a new workout routine that I really enjoy. Plus I made some new friends!

So I"m going to continue my weight loss journey. I got a new primal cookbook and a new work out plan. I'm going to focus on the small changes instead of worrying about the scale as much.

Anyone know if any other challenges coming up?
