B butterflies ( Food Changllenge day 2) :-)

This week my team beautiful butterlies doing the food challenge.

Today menu

Breakfast toast with strawberry jam with chocate milk

Snack 1/2 of American cheese

Lunch mashed potatoes with corn

Dinner chicken noodle soup with creakers

Gotta go plan for torrows meal ( what veggies to try torrow?? Etc) emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for sharing. Having a nice garden salad is a great way to eat vegetables (and fruit) I mix spinach, romaine, carrots, radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, fresh basil with a quarter cup of feta cheese (for protein). Sometimes I add Bulgar wheat or quinoa for extra protein. This is very filling for lunch or dinner.

    Please realize when you eat too little in a day, you are sending a message to your brain that your body is starving, and it will hold onto fat to try and keep you healthy. If you raise your calories up eating healthy fruits,veggies and meat/fish/poultry/nuts/seeds, this will help you brain know it's okay to relax and let some of the fat leave your body.

    Dolly, are you putting your foods in the tracker? I think you are going the right direction in sharing here and eating a little more than usual. If you put in the tracker, it will tell you what nutrients you are missing, etc.

    I know you love sweets so think of including fruit with each meal and snack.
