I was just looking up sparkrecipes for ideas -( sweet foods)

There are some comes to mind cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, and cream

I found three so far
Crossianets ( breakfast) emoticon

Chocolate cinnamon shortbread?

Chocatalte pudding protien
( sometimes to vary my menu little bit, not everyday not sure if blow the healthy calorie range???)

I will add more healthy things later on ( ongoing process to find food I like...)
Not to mention it early in morning....( ideas don't come sometimes) emoticon

    My most favorite sweetener is Stevia and t can be used to sweeten up teas, tart fruits, fruit salads, etc. It doesn't work too well baking it, maybe small amounts. I like to have a bowl of Gala or Fuji apples to eat... Or grapes or cherries!!

    I love to slice a banana lengthwise spread peanut butter then sandwich it & freeze. It is yummy peanutnana pop. Also freeze grapes or kiwi slices with chocolate.

    I avoid anything sweetened with high fructose corn syrup...but you probably know that already. I love chocolate, so I sometimes have a square at the end of the day. I also love muffins and haven't been disappointed by any Spark Recipes for these. It's summertime, so I make fruit crisp, heavy on the fruit, light on the crisp. Good luck!

    add fruit bits to regular food. it sweetens it up without adding much in calories.

    I don't really have any suggestions but keep looking in the recipes. I am sure you'll continue to find some. emoticon
