This was me yesterday -

All day. I had a bad sinus headache that hurt whenever I moved. Stayed drugged up the entire day. Slept all day and all night. I know that my body was telling me I had to do it, so I listened. Here's the thing - I know I feel better and can do some things today. Maybe not all of them, but at least some of them. But, I don't want to. Staying in bed yesterday was wonderful.
Consistency is apparently extremely important to my success, so today I will be coaxing my body to do what I need to do. Coaxing a good habit to form - I like that thinking!
