Nothing exciting.

Fitness:
I woke up with a migraine, so I walked instead of jogged today. Still kept my heart rate up though, so that's good. Thinking back, I think I input the wrong numbers for the burn... I'll have to doublecheck on that.

Food:
I didn't exceed my calorie limits today. I was actually under them. I'm not too concerned though, because it balances out with the rest of the week. I did make some decent choices today; banana for a snack. Some choices weren't so decent: hot dogs and tater tots for dinner.

Work:
Work was good. Nothing spectacular, but still good. I managed to avoid the temptation of being able to log out early and I stayed in the entire shift today! Considering a lot of my calls ended up being lengthy, when the goal is to have short calls, i think that's a good thing... it helps to even out the average (I hope!)

Overall:
Not a bad day today. My headache disappeared this morning during the walk, actually, and hasn't come back since (yay!) I am still trying to get back in the groove of SparkPeople, but other interests keep pulling me away so I think I need to refocus my efforts a bit more over here.
