Over eaten again

wasn't binging as such but made a cake and without even switching on my brain I "tested" too much of it.... then we were out for dinner and yeah, it was Japanese style food so I ate too many little sushi things and even though I tried (at first) to take photos, I lost count.... ate too much dessert as well and now my guts hurt :o((( AND I'm soooo tired that I won't be able to post the photos I did take... I send them to my friend though... so still kind of accountable... and I did my morning exercise, and tomorrow we wanna go on a little hike with our guest and kids....

    These things happen and it's great that you're keeping yourself accountabl and moved on. A good tool that I use to prevent overeating is drinking plenty of water. Yes, it means you're running to the toilet 10 times a day to pee, but you always feel full, and water is good for you!
