Breakfast Blog (and Tracker disclaimer)

Friday, August 02, 2013

Thank you all so much for the comments on my last blog about the weight loss!!

Just a quick disclaimer about my food tracker, since there were some concerns- I work, go to school, have two small children, a husband, and two dogs. I try hard to be diligent about tracking but am not always able to. For those who are curious about how many calories I eat per day, it usually ends up averaging around 1,200 per day.

I woke up today craving something savory, so here is my breakfast for the day...

Cubed tofu with chopped veggies (onion, bell pepper, spinach, mushroom), half cup of brown rice, third cup of black beans, and topped with my favorite condiment...

Goes with everything!

I checked your food tracker too. I wanted to eat what you ate. Or see how different our foods were. I lost a lot of weight and have maintained for 2 years. it's crazy at times. I know how busy you are. I don't have the distractions you do and still have to find time to track.
seems we are both around 1200 a day. But I think you are more active with your busy schedule.
Once again you look amazing, congrats on your accomplishments.
    Be strong, stay positive.

I'm a savory person also. Also a hot sauce lover. Since I live alone I tend to have left overs so I'll eat anything at any time. Left over tuna fish for breakfast, quiche for dinner. It doesn't matter. As long as it gets tracked. I had leftover sushi rolls from last nights dinner so I had them at 5 am this am. :)

    Oh, that looks so good!

Why can't people just mind their own business?? I get so sick and tired of the "food tracker police!"
