I wrote a long blog entry and then was unable to load it and therefore lost it, and then I began writing another one on my phone, and got sidetracked and lost that as well.

I lost two pounds according to my weekly weigh in! On Saturday, I actually fell off the wagon on my primal lifestyle, also. Although, Mark Sisson does believe you should be primal 80% of the time and expect to make mistakes. I struggled to get back on track the following two days, but I'm full stride again. I also read up in forums about how to use carb refeeds to lose stubborn weight, so the cheat day may have actually worked to my advantage, especially since I hardly lost any weight during the prior week when I thought I would lose the most.

I do not think I will plan to cheat on a weekly basis since it was so difficult for me to get back on track, but I do think that I will play it by ear and if I do cheat, leave it to once per weekend. I would also prefer for it not to involve Hood ice cream and oreos since these foods have tons of additives. If it is ice cream, I want to have basic ingredients. The ice cream didn't taste that good. I was mostly just in cheat land. I'm sure some people can relate.

Anyway, I am back on track food-wise. I did gorge a bit at the seafood buffet this evening, but it was all good food that meets my plan. I have been active at the kid's camp, but could definitely afford to add more exercise now that I'm home from phish tour. My friend said that she is willing to train me to run. I worry about the wear and tear that running does on joints, but I do love that it is intense. It totally transformed her body and life.

Hooping is still awesome. I have learned so much this summer to add to my toolbox of tricks. My arms are less flabby from the isolation tricks.

Life is good overall. I am really proud of myself for getting back on track because that little voice definitely tried to keep me on another lifelong binge. I really want to meet my goals for next summer, and I bought a Victoria Secret bikini yesterday for the occasion. :)
