Moviational Visual guide ;-) ( Jillian Chelsea and Bobbi Anne)

This is a little different, sometimes I use a visual story to guide me in my goals ( kick in the b**, in a good way.

I have a few questions and if anyone can answer these questions... What is an accountability parnter? ( not sure what a accountiabity parenter is ???)How do i get one? Need some help....Been bit lazy on fitness... Is anyone of my SP friends willing to do this new role????? :-/

Chelsea says slight yell, behind a wall peeking and walk up waving a hand in front of me ( Get trucking!!! Excercise time!!! Are you gonna be a couch potato? Your future self will thank you . Are you gonna let little rain stop ya!?!?!" emoticon

Dolly who deaf, doesn't know her fitness friends are around , reading her book with a start surprised saw Chelsea, wide grin, . Chelsea saw Dolly getting up and going after her friend. Chelsea way too quick for Dollly Laughting Out. Loud, sticking her tounge out being silly, behind a chair , Nah nah beatcha can't catch me!" emoticon dolly saw Bobbi and Jillian sly grin, groan grabbing a coat, " ok ok come on . Walking slow Chelsea follows her think slo mode , Dolly put on jacket " betcha CAN'T catch MEE! " takes off. Chelsea says , catching up easily, Oh yeah.... If I win you get watch 5 boring movies for a week, no Harry Potter!" I pretentend to struggle and Chelsea WINS laughs.. emoticon

    Send me a spark mail, tell me what you are planning to eat for the next day, I will get back to you with any changes I think are needed, before you eat it.

    Do you get up about the same time daily?
    Do you drink a glass of cold water with 1/2 lemon squeezed in it within half an hour of walking up?
    Do you have breakfast with in 30 minutes of the time you finish you water? This will boost your metabolism.
    What blood type are you? O,A, AB, or B, + or -?
    (I eat according to my blood type,and have lost about 165 lbs) and gained my health back.
    In the spark mail, give me an example of what you are going to eat at the next meal after reading this.

    I would get someone in your 5% challenge team since you are all doing similar things. That's what I would do. Good luck! emoticon emoticon

    This is no official answer but I would say an accountability partner is someone you share your food goals and progress with. Perhaps they assist in the assessment process as well like with a scale or tape measure. I would pick someone who is brutally honest to get a full measure of accountability as opposed to someone who is will just have good manners and be kind.
