DAY 7 EXERCISE STREAK

OK, I'm feeling great this morning as I finally saw the scale budge in the right direction !!!
Looks like down 2 more lbs. Slowly but surely... Gotta update my tracker.
I don't have a gym membership, so I have been walking, doing fitness videos on SP, using small weights and resistance bands. Wearing my pedometer is a constant reminder to get up and about.
This morning I worked out to GILAD, BODIES IN MOTION and wow that was quite a workout.
All the community support and my SP friends have really inspired and motivated me to keep at it.
The one thing I have to keep working on is drinking more water. I read somewhere that if you're dehydrated that it can slow down your metabolism by like 3% !! I definately don't want that, so gotta drink more of that H20 !!!
