I feel discouraged because I have a thyroid problem and it seems like no matter how hard I work out and how healthy I eat, my weight stays the same

    Have you been able to get any helpful advice from your doctor? I agree with JannePerry, finding other ways to measure success might give you a confidence boost and give you the drive to keep trying. Do you feel better since you've started living healthier? I wish you the best and hope you won't give up! emoticon

    It is super difficult to lose with thyroid issues. Maybe find something else to measure where you can see progress--like: steps per day, inches lost, body fat % decreased, times exercised per week, Hopefully you will have a success or two to celebrate! emoticon
