August... I'm coming for ya!

Goals are so important in keeping me on track - I need something to work towards to keep me focused... so some goals for August:
1. Joined the Hotter by the month August team challenge! Thanks AMBERNICHOLE3 :)
2. 4% loss by the end of the month as a first step... I don't want to weigh in till Monday (trying to keep it to once a week or else I get a bit obsessy #facepalm) but im gonna make a rough guess as to where I am at and say a 4% loss for me would be a 2.9kg loss taking me to 69.6kg...
3. Honestly I would really like to see 66.5kg on the scale by the end of August (which is a 1.5kg loss a week) mostly because I have the month off and what better opportunity to really work out hard and focus my time on kicking sum butt at this... I have sooo many times said I wish I had all day to train as much as I want and to cook the right meals and now I do have that time so I have to take full advantage of that!
4. Really work on my running - getting back into it nicely after my 3 months off training but I would like to make it a special focus point this month and run a half marathon by the end of the month or just thereafter (so be ready to run a half by month end :) ) need to find a nice half to run close to month end.... goes to search running calendar!
