Today's challenge is a interval workout with 60 second burst of getting my heart rate up.
I may not be able to complete this one. Yesterday my blood pressure was acting up. 147/127 while my pulse was 66. I took baby aspirin which helped & let my out of state doctor's office know which is what our small town hospital does.
It's frustrating. I'm working hard on being healthy. I choose not to live in fear but embrace life.
P.S. I got in the challenge. My blood pressure did fine! 3 miles of walk/sprint intervals around the track & 16 flights of stairs. I beat my best time by 3 minutes!
