Weekly review July 30

Walk 20 minutes : 7 days this week! I just took it one day at a time. Today was a 60 minute walk, and I beat my 5K walking record of 62 minutes!
My weigh in last Wednesday was 227.6, and that made me very happy. My goal for this week is 226 which is my last weigh in for the month of July. Any loss will make me happy though because yesterday was such a brutal day.

Eat 8-10 freggies : 2 days met this goal, and tracked intake the rest of the week except for Monday.
Drink 8 cups of water : CHECK
Use my food journal: Every day but Monday, and used fully each of the other days.
Write my morning pages ( 3 pages of freewriting) : 4 days complete.

Monday was a really tough day this week, but I didn't let it ruin my progress. I really focused today, and I am hopeful that I will be able to post a loss this week. I will definitely be able to post a loss for the month!

My water intake is still going very well. My walking schedule was bang on this week too. My commitment to my food journal has greatly improved this week, as did my freggie intake. I am super proud of my efforts and my progress. Yay Me!
