It appears that I a back to normal. I am back on my regular schedule. I do need to make sure I do not skimp on my vities right now. I could really not really take them while I was ill. I did take my B12 hoping it would help with my energy. We are planning our meals for the next five days This is as far a head as I want to plan so I do not get bored with them. I am trying a new recipe this week for a Mexican braised steak which looks really good. Hubby is looking for a couple of new recipes for his grill. We really want to use it but the weather has not been cooperative Every day we have the time we are having rain. It is also great that we have an abundance of fresh melons and fruits. I am enjoying fresh berries and peaches with my yogurt each morning.

We went to the store and they were having some great sales so we loaded up on protien and will not have to go back for anything but milk and bread. We will get our fresh fruits and veggies at the farmers market. This certainly helps to keep us in the budget. We can get allthe fruits and veggies for no more thab $20 a week.
