    I love to see that my mindset is the same as someone that is so successful! That makes me happy and it makes me feel like I am on the right track to get to my goals and KEEP the weight off. Not just on this video, but some of your others, I find myself thinking that's what I did/do. I am a firm believer that all the changes I made had to be permanent changes and ones that I could stick with for the long haul... so I'm super excited to hear you say that! emoticon
