Answering-Whats your advice for others starting?

I think I could have talked forever about this and there is probably a lot of things I didn't get to cover in this. But baby steps, measuring your progress with more than just the scale, WRITE EVERYTHING you eat down even if you are not counting calories, and JOURNAL/BLOG and pray for God to give you the strength you need. I suggest journaling a lot getting all your feelings out there on paper really helped me. And now its amazing to look back and read my journaling from when I started.
