Tennis is not a good workout!

Okay - so I guess I kind of knew this, but now it is official. Five days of tennis - even if I play for 90 minutes, is NOT equal to five days of zumba at 60 minutes. At this point in my life, I truly need the 60 minutes of non-stop movement that zumba offers to keep my weight in control. I joined a fitness club and (since I largely swapped my zumba for tennis) GAINED 5 pounds!!!
However I am back on track and have committed to: The 4-Week 'Back On Track' Challenge!!
I am grateful to be a part of this awesome Spark community where I can find support when I most need it.

    Good luck on the challenge, emoticon I'm getting back on track myself as I haven't been able to go gym as much as i wanted for various reasons and was using it as a bit of an excuse not to exercise,so it back to gym today and I'm commiting to doing at least one video from here 3x a week minimum.
    Something I learnt,every little bit of exercise adds up,however saying that i agree with you zumba is a great way to burn calories emoticon emoticon
