Sunday's Review:
Yesterday was what my husband calls a Lazy Day.
We didn't go shopping. We didn't do dishes. I barely did laundry. Heck, he didn't even get dressed until about 5pm!

We did NOTHING all day long.

And I got restless. Still, my desire to do nothing with him oughtweighted my desire to be somewhat productive, and while I did straighten up a few things, and did move the laundry, nothing really major got done.

I wanted to go on a walk, but I had NO exercise clothes to wear (hence, the desire/need to do the laundry) and so, we stayed in instead.

And then dinner rolled around. We got Chinese and ate it while watching "What Dreams May Come", and two bad habits of mine reared their ugly heads at once.
- I wolfed down my food.
- Because I wolfed down my food, I didn't realize until it was almost gone that it was almost gone... I'd been so good at saving some for lunch the next day too!

On the bright side, I didn't feel stuffed or bloated even after eating quickly.

And the movie, which I had never seen before, was REALLY good too!

TODAY was a lot better, activity and food wise, than yesterday. *reviews her snack choices* Well, mostly activity wise.

And there were a LOT of WooHoo moments!

- I JOGGED 1.54 miles nearly continuously! The only times I didn't were when I was warming up, cooling down, and waiting for the crosswalk light.
I seriously have to thank my HRM for that- if I was doing traditional running and going above my zone, I don't think I'd have been able to maintain the jog. Sure, I was going slow, and was a BIT embarrassed when a jogger breezed past me. But I'm still learning! Maybe in due time I'll do an alternating plan where I'll jog continually one day, and then run/walk in intervals the next.

- I had to take our car to the repair shop. Why is this a WooHoo moment? Because it's two blocks away, and I ran back!
Granted, it was at 2pm in the afternoon, I was hot and sweaty and ready to take an ice bath when I got home, and (like mentioned above) my running wasn't continuous... BUT I STILL DID IT. Now, I didn't even burn 100 calories during the jog, so I'm not going to record it- but I'm still proud I didn't wimp out and walk the whole way home.
Side Note: I did DRINK enough ice water to bathe in when I got home, though. ;) I definitely made sure I was cooling down when I was able to.

- Mid-Year Review at Work: Exceeds Some.
It's not the BEST score (4 out of 5), but it's definitely great. There are two areas where I need improvement- one being how much time I take with customers, but that's always been my Achilles' Heel. Another being how much time I spend with the corporate community- being involved in activities and whatnot. Being a WAH agent, especially one that lives a decent drive away with gas prices being the way that they are, I can EASILY find an excuse not to take the time to drive in and participate. Still, I'm sure I could look at the calendar and participate AT LEAST one time per month.
Side Note: When I say these are areas where I need improvement.. I'm a perfectionist. I didn't get a "Needs Improvement" in these areas... I just got "Meets." Which, to me, tells me I can perform even better in these areas if I put my mind to it!

Those are really my three WooHoo! moments for the day... When I got off of work, hubby and I made dinner together (he really cooked, I only made one of the sides) and watched some American Ninja Warrior (mmm, abs!) And now we're just vegging out on our computers. We'll probably have some ice cream on the back porch later if it's not too hot.
