Okay, I have given ENOUGH excuses!

I have to stop these little spurts and stick with this or I will gain back everything I lost. That terrifies me.

It amazes me how much 10-15 lbs make a difference in the way I feel. I have been so down in the dumps, and it shouldn't be a surprise:

I have been eating everything in sight.
I have NOT been working out regularly.
I have NOT been taking my meds regularly.
I can't fit into the pants I bought in February!

I've gained back nearly 20 of the 50 lbs I lost. I need to lose it again. I need to lose more than that to be healthy and happy and active! LOSE IT, LINDSAY!!!! Before you lose your self!

This has to stop! Enough is enough!

    his IS NOt a total disaster! You now know what you need to do to loose the weight. Take the philosophy from SP one step back two steps forward. Start walking your path to your healthy lifestyle. Each moment is a chance to might a positive choice!

    I wish you good luck as you work to your goal(s). Just take life one choice at a time one day at a time!

    You can do this!! I know exactly what you're going through and the difference is that you're recognizing that your slipping now. I waited until I had gained 40 of the 30 lbs I'd lost and I woke up one day all fat again wondering how did that happen??

    You're doing the right thing by looking at what you have and haven't been doing correctly.
    Now, you need to take steps to go back to what you were doing before when you lost the 50 lbs.
    You are strong, you can do it!! It's all about making the right choices. And good idea to blog this, now we can all offer our support and help you get through this!!
    You can and you will turn this around!!

    You can do it! Maybe try joining a team challenge for accountability. The Done Girls just started a new fall challenge. emoticon
