I'm back - and back at it!

I have been out of town for almost 2 weeks... not straight, but mostly.

I traveled for 4 days for work - with very little food choices available (rural location) - but I did get some good walking in. Then I was home for two days (long enough to do laundry and repack)... then off on a family trip - Medical for daughter and a mini-vacation.

We decided not to rent a car, but to explore public transportation - which ended up working really well - with the added benefit of extra walking! I got in my 7K steps and more every day! Yes, I was eating the hotel breakfasts (waffles primarily) - and then whatever we happen to run into during the day... but I didn't snack in between meals and, with all the walking, I even lost 0.2 lbs! emoticon

However, my stomach is NOT happy with me - not nearly enough water, fruit, or veggies... too much fat and sugar. So, made it home yesterday, and got some shopping done... and I'm back to "normal" today. Though I am determined to keep up my 7K steps/day this week.

Let's see... goals this week:
* 7K steps + daily
* 5 F/V's daily
* back to 10 glasses of water a day too!

Oh, yes, everything turned out fine with DD too - Nothing physically wrong - just going to take some time to get rid of the infection (phew!).
