5 Down! And a PR

Officially 5 while pounds down.... So I'm halfway to my goal of 10 pounds. And I'm already seeing major fruits of my labor. Last week I set a new 5k PR!!!! I ran 5k in 20:50!!!!! I can't even believe that even as I'm writing it....

I've been trying for for years to beat my record, which stood at 21:12 before.

I've been trying for well over 2 years to finally lose these extra pounds.

And all it took was a friendly competition with my man. To funny.

Feeling pretty excited about another healthy week. :-) Maybe I can drop a couple more by Friday. Who knows? I AM feeling pretty on fire right now, after all. I mean, runs peppered with strength circuits are actually starting to be FUN to me... What's my world coming to!?
