For some reason, my seasonal weight loss has stalled. I dipped to 218 earlier than last year, but rebounded to 220-222 and am holding there. I only have 7 or 8 weeks before I start trending upward as Winter approaches. Hope I can drop some, but I'm not likely to break 200 or even 210 as I had hoped. So my goal is to hold my Winter weight lower and try again next year, meanwhile trying to get as low as possible in the coming weeks.
