Bearing Down

For some reason, my seasonal weight loss has stalled. I dipped to 218 earlier than last year, but rebounded to 220-222 and am holding there. I only have 7 or 8 weeks before I start trending upward as Winter approaches. Hope I can drop some, but I'm not likely to break 200 or even 210 as I had hoped. So my goal is to hold my Winter weight lower and try again next year, meanwhile trying to get as low as possible in the coming weeks.

    As I've said before, my weight fluctuates, but it has had lower highs and lower lows each year since I started Sparking, with last year's low (early September) being 209.8. Last year was also the first time I met my original goal of 215, which I thought at one point I would never reach. I'm within a few pounds of it now, so I know I just need to do more work to get there.

    Always good to hear from The Lady Mary, and this is also the most replies I've gotten on a single blog post.

    My weight continually fluctuates - I don't fight it - I just cut back on all breads (which I love) & the weight fades away. emoticon Earl
