Exercise = Energy

Another day without any soda. So far it hasn't been that hard, but I know it will be more difficult when I"m at the office tomorrow. I'll have to stay strong and stick to my water.

The last few days I've felt exhausted and stressed beyond all reason. So before I was even truly awake, I put on some workout clothes and lifted some weights. I feel so much better now! Tomorrow I'm going to do some more cardio. Last time I jogged 1.5 miles. I'm going to shoot for 2 this time.
