been a long time

Wow I cant believe that I been off of spark people for this long and that its been over a year since I posted a blog. First I wanted to thank everyone from done girl team for wishing me a happy birthday, It meant alot to log on after not being on since February to see so many people wish me a happy birthday.

My life have been so busy that I have not been making myself a priority. I stop exercising and my eating as been ok but could be better. today I weighted in for the first time since February and I gained 3 pounds, which is not too bad considering usually I gain 10-15 pounds. Tody marks day one of me getting back on track.My goals are to get in 30 minutes of exercise, track food or atleast write down what I eat and to log on to spark at least 1 time a day. I know I can and will suceed

    Alright, 3 pounds is definitely not bad! It goes to show that you have been putting in the effort to at least not gain too much back! Good job!
