I lost 3 lbs, and it only took 11 days this time, lol. Movement really helps, even just a little bit. I still only get it in in 1,2, or 3 min increments but it seems to be working. I have done a couple of seated Sparky workouts this week, yay me, and I am able to walk just a little bit further. I still seem to have the same amount of trouble just standing though, so I will sit, but as long as my arms are moving my heart rate is still up while sitting. I have a carpet cleaner coming on Thursday so I am trying to get my house in order (SO OVERWHELMING for me). I keep thinking positive thoughts and tell myself I can do it. I'm trying really hard not to think anything non-productive, putting good thoughts in my head and thinking positive all the time. I just saw a quote that says "If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought." So every time some negative thought or feeling try's to creep in I just throw out something positive and assuring. Well, that's it for now. See y'all later.
